Delivery and Shipping
Below you can see how Kopp's shipping and delivery policies work.
In Curitiba, orders placed before noon will be delivered on the same day, after that time delivery will be made on the next business day. In other places, deliveries will be made by the Post Office, obeying their deadlines. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address for the products. In case of incomplete or incorrect addresses, delivery may be impaired.
The stipulated deadlines or delivery dates are only estimates, since the delivery of the products is made by third parties. Therefore, the delivery period may be extended in the event of any unforeseen adversity in the delivery path that occurs after acceptance of the purchase order. The extension will also be valid if the same situations occur with one of our suppliers.
Kopp undertakes to inform the customer, as soon as possible, when such adversities will begin and end. In these cases, Kopp is not responsible for the delay in delivery, since this part of the process is not carried out by Kopp but by third parties.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address for the products. In case of incomplete or incorrect addresses, delivery may be impaired. In this case, it is the customer’s responsibility to bear the costs of reshipping. In the case of exchanges or returns, Kopp is not responsible for the shipping (shipping) of the products.
